Park" urbanisations are situated at 200
meters from La Marineta
Casiana, a
shallow bay with sandy beaches.
The foot path along the coast brings you to the beautiful Las Rotas (Les
Rotes) rocky
beaches, a unspoilt and natural rugged coast going all the way to the Cape of San Antonio.
The holiday bungalow park is situated at the foot
of the Montgó mountain, also a
nature reserve. Moreover, it's only at walking
distance from Denia town
centre, from the new luxury
yacht club "La Marina de Denia" and the prestigious Royal
Sailing Club of Denia.Denia itself is a characterful town on
the Spanish coast, at the heart of the Marina Alta, and at the
North side of the Costa Blanca. It lies right
between Alicante in the south and Valencia
in the north, each main city only about one hour drive away from this
Spanish treasure. This also means that there are plenty of low-cost airlines to chose from, flying to both airports.
All
bungalow apartments in Tropicana Park Denia are built and decorated
in a typical Spanish Mediterrean Costa style.
Tropicana Park consists of four individual "urbanisations" or "Fases", i.e. I to IV. Each urbanisation is completely independent and separate from eachother, has its own swimming pool and own gardens. Each urbanisation is a squared complex with the bungalow houses lying around the central swimming pool and tropical gardens.
The urbanisation is at walking distance from Denia town centre, situated in a quiet area and close to the sandy beach of La Marineta Casiana. Moreover it's at no more than a mile distance from the famous Las Rotas rocky coast beaches (a protected natural coast). Right next to the beach lies the new yacht club "Marina de Denia" with a wide choice of bars and restaurants along the docks. (See also Map and Location)
We have several bungalows to offer to our guests, in each of the Fases. Each Fase is a
complex consisting of aproximately 40 single (ground and first floor
apartments) and a few duplex (two floor) holiday apartments. Each Fase has a total surface of approximatelyl 4,000 squared meters, of which 1,200 suared meters of garden. The communal central swimming pool in each Fase has a small children's
pool, and is illuminated in the evenings, all year around.
The daily maintained
gardens have beautiful palm trees and are combined with flourishing areas.

available throughout the year, some others only during the main holiday periods :

All single-floor bungalows have a
patio (ground floor apartment) or a balcony terrace (first floor
apartment). Each apartment has direct view to the swimming pool and the
gardens.
Each (one-floor) bungalow/apartment gives accommodation to one
family, ideally two adults with maximum two children or babies.
Sorry, but pets are normally not allowed in the resort, as
