| We
wanted to go property hunting in the Denia area
in May 05. Having searched the internet we found Marc and Rosana's
apartment. Being in the area we where looking for our own property it
seemed ideal. It was perfect, excellent location for the town with it's
fine restaurants and shops, the new marina is on the doorstep, as are
the local beaches. My wife and I love the coastal walk of Las Rotas so
again it was perfect. Angustias, the cleaner, met us as planned with
the
keys, the residents were all welcoming and friendly, the gardens,
flowers and pool were perfect. Marc was very easy to deal with and set
things up perfectly. We had a great week and would recommend Marc and
Rosana's flat to anyone. We would definitely go again but have now
bought our own place quite close by.

on
the internet, very clean comfortable and well equipped, set in
attractive spacious gardens. The complex is a mix of residents and
tourists and has never been crowded during our stays. Great
location close to two supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beach, the
marina and only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of Denia.
Marc was extremely helpful to deal with and responded very quickly to
our questions. We were met on arrival by Angustias a very kind and
helpful Spanish lady who handed us the keys and showed us around the
apartment. In fact we enjoyed is so much we've been twice in
2005 and intend to go again soon.

We found the accommodation by chance on the internet and are very
pleased we did.
First of all Marc and Rosanna are very communicative and couldn't help
more if they tried:)
We had a wonderful holiday in Denia at the Tropicana Park! The bungalow
is situated near to the town centre - only a walk away and very close
to the sandy beach. The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and
has everything you need. (The iron came in handy!) The ample terrace
area is facing the children's swimming pool. This was SUCH an
asset as we could sit and relax on the terrace whilst our grandson
played a few feet away, safely under our watchful eye.
The bungalow is placed within a small complex which was very friendly,
safe and uncrowded. Children seem more than welcome there by the
residents and other holiday makers.
We would highly recommend staying in the Tropicana Park and intend to
visit again as soon as we can -)
