The holiday resort of Tropicana Park is situated at walking distance from the town center of Dénia. In a closed private urbanisation, 200m from the white sand beach with shallow bay (La Marineta Casiana bay), with possibility of jet-skiing and sailing.

There are two yacht harbours close by: the Club Nautico sailing club, and the luxurious new yacht harbour with promenade and bars (La Marina de Denia).
Tropicana Park is situated in a quiet surrounding.
There is a supermarket close by (usually also open on Sunday mornings), a bakery and some restaurants only 100m away from Tropicana.
There are plenty of beautiful promenades along the famous “Las Rotas” rock beaches, a protected natural coast line. Or try one of the hiking walks in the natural park “El Montgó”-mountain. All this at walking distance from the urbanisation!

The town lies at the beginning of the Costa Blanca, in an area called the Marina Alta, an area in Spain known for its soft climate all year round.
Denia lies at the north of Javea, (5 km), Calpe (35 km), Altea (45 km) and Benidorm (50 km). And it lies at the south of Oliva (25 km), Gandia (30 km) and Cullera (65 km). All these towns offer probably one of the most popular European holiday places available. Some busier than others, but all with their beautiful coast line and typical spanish Mediterrean way of life.
The closest large cities to Denia are Alicante in the south and Valencia in the north. Both cities have an airport with plenty of low-cost airlines to chose from.
