Beach, game of golf, tennis or horse riding
The slightly higher position of the villa as compared to the golf valley below, makes it possible to catch a glimps of the nearby Mediterrean Sea. The beautiful beaches of
Denia are only a 10 minutes drive away. To the other side of the Montgo mountain lies Javea, only 15 minutes drive away.
The house is a few hundred yards away from the famous La Sella golf course, designed in 1991 by Jose Maria Olazabal. There is also a tennis club, horse riding facility, small shop and botanical garden with Mediterrean plants (website L'Albarda), all just around the corner. It's also only a 5 minute drive from La Sella to the new shopping mall of Ondara, "El Portal de la Marina Alta".
Comfortable for all, all year around
The villa was built in 1985, is very well maintained, and has been fully renovated in the autumn of 2009. The 8x4 meter outdoor swimming pool with Roman step has heated water, making it possible to enjoy a swim all year around.
It has recently been further modernised, in order to make it even more comfortable and pleasant for our tenants (new bathrooms and kitchen, new living room, larger terrace surface area).
The villa has satellite TV (Astra and Hotbird), flat-screen TV in living room and main bedroom, CD player/radio, DVD player, airconditioning in the living room and main bedroom, electric radiators, Wifi internet connection (optional), washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave oven, vitroceramic cooker, dish washer, electric oven, etc.
There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 modern (refurbished) bathrooms (one shower, one bath tub), spacious living room with open fire place, dining corner, two fitted kitchens (one inside, one outside), barbecue nearby the pool, and parking space on drive way. i.e. Everything one desires for a pleasant and comfortable holiday break or winter stay.
